The Steel Gym (Gym #6)

As you walk towards what appears to be some kind of aircraft hangar, shivers start to move up your spine. Not only is the place large,
but you wonder what kind of Pokemon could possibly need so much space, or what could possibly be inside it. When you approach the
center of the large doors, you hear a loud clunk, followed by a low whirring noise before another clang resounds across the area as the
doors begin to move.



Progressing into the hangar, you still feel uneasy, particularly when you notice the doors have been closing as soon as you stepped in.
As they slam shut, the noise resounds throughout the hangar, echoing around you. Suddenly, light shines everywhere, blinding you
until your eyes come to terms with the sudden change. As you look up, you see large lights high above on the metal girders, and in
front of you is a massive arena, covered in hard-looking rocks and boulders with a stone/metal floor beneath you.

"So, you finally made it..."
A voice called out from the distance.
You turn to face where it came from, and at the other end of the large room you see a guy dressed in what appears to be a casual outfit.
grey jeans, black shirt, white t-shirt and dark brown hair, the guy looks somewhat important and well prepared. It occurs to you that this
person has to be Baffuds, the Steel Gym leader you heard about from Saffie. Around him are also obvious signs of this - his pokemon,
all shining in the light, reflecting it like metal - a sharp-looking Scizor, a bulky Aggron and a Bronzong floating behind them.

"You're the one Saffie told me about. I guess you're here to battle me, right? Walk in, get your badge and move on?"
He stepped forward off the small platform he was on, and onto the rocky surface below.
"It's not going to be as easy as that. My pokemon are as hard as titanium, you won't even leave a dent in them..."



The ground shook beneath you, almost like an earthquake, and right before your eyes something burst from the rocky surface in front of
you, forcing you to take a step back in shock. A shining coat of metal narrowly missed you before the creature landed on the floor.
The Steelix turned to face you, it's sharp eyes looking at you as though you were small fry and its heavy teeth forming a characteristic grin.

"So, how about it? Still think you're up for the challenge?"
