Team Arco-Not for the Faint-Hearted. Now Recruiting!

Team Arco. Relatively new team, but by no means does that mean inexperienced. We take the team very seriously.

Qualifications:
-Person must have at least 6 Lv. 100 Pokemon to be used in battle, all of which respect the usual clauses.
-Person can't already be in another clan unless they are an alliance.
-Person must be active online, and must have Wi-Fi access. If they are not active for 10 days without a good excuse, they will be kicked.
-Must have basic knowledge of Wi-Fi battles and Pokemon. Examples are prediction skills, EVs, counters, good strategies, etc.
-No n00bs.

If you want to be one of us, you must first battle an assistant Admin. If he finds you a trainer with potential, you will battle the Team Arco Admin (me ). After a talk and a possible battle with the Admin, you may or may not be accepted, but remember. There's a reason why we don't have many members. You have to be a very potential trainer and ruthless in battles. If you want to be a member, post in this thread.

The Rules of the team:
-As stated above, must be active on the internet.
-If a person is found to be affiliated with another non-alliance team, they will be kicked immediately.
-N00bish activity is not allowed.
-You must have something in your sig that says you're part of us. No exceptions. We're working on banners now for this purpose.
-All important business matters are to be held by PM. Idle chit-chat or uninformative team matters between members can go on this thread.
-You will be challenged from time to time to Assesment Battles (or ABs) from the assistant admins, capos or the admin. These battles are to verify that you are consistently a strong battler. If you battle poorly and the admin feels that it is necessary, you will be kicked. Losing does not necessarily mean you will be kicked, of course.
-Don't ask for promotions. If we feel that you are really strong and loyal and deserve a better position, you might get one. The best way to get a promotion is to be active, battle strongly and, again, not ask for it.

About team wars:
We do clan wars differently. If you're from another clan, and you want to have a war with us (what a reckless decision), you must set up battles with our team members that wager your good (EVed, high IVed, good-natured) Pokemon. The first team to have won 10 of the other teams' Pokemon wins the war. And the Pokemon are won for keeps, whether the war was won or lost. All wins and losses are to be reported to both your team admin and our admin so they can be counted.
